For more than 25 years, Amos built his career in the manufacturing industry — beginning as a trainee toolmaker while furthering his studies, and rising through the ranks into senior management roles overseeing production, processing, utilities and operational support with companies including Nampak and The Coca-Cola Company.
On paper, it looked like success. Behind the titles and responsibilities was a reality many professionals understand too well — a life driven by schedules, pressure, performance targets and constant demands on time.
